FAQs
How do I know what size to get?
Every piece has a fit note and size chart just below the description. Still not sure? Shoot us a message—we’ve got your back.
Do you restock sold-out items?
Some pieces are limited drops and won’t come back. If you see something you love, don’t wait. If we do restock, email subscribers and SMS insiders hear it first.
When will my order ship?
In-stock items usually ship within 2–3 business days. Pre-orders will ship on the date listed in the product description. You’ll get a tracking number as soon as it’s on the move.
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
We accept returns if contacted within 5 days of delivery for store credit. Because we offer limited drops, we can’t guarantee exchanges, but we’ll always try to make it right.
Where do you ship?
We are based in Nashville, TN, but we ship worldwide.
Just note that international customers are responsible for any duties or taxes charged by their country.
Is this legit?
Ah... you’ve been burned before. 👉 Not here.
Midnight Riff is Nashville-based and run by Erin Sanderson. Read more about her below.
Worried you're going to order and then never receive your items? Here's what you can expect: if a piece is in stock, it ships within 2–3 business days. If it’s a pre-order, the estimated ship date is listed right on the product page.
Who We Are
Midnight Riff isn’t just a shop... it’s personal. I’ve designed an entire clothing line from scratch, and I’ve built a skincare brand (SKINxErin) from the ground up. You’ll find both here, alongside curated pieces I handpick from other independent brands I believe in.
All orders ship straight from Nashville, TN where this whole thing was dreamed up and brought to life.
Every item you see at Midnight Riff is here for a reason. Whether I created it or found it, it had to feel like that piece—the one that makes the whole outfit hit different.
Thanks for being here. You’re the reason this thing gets to breathe.
